A half-day retreat and professional development opportunity for high performance populations including athletes, first responders, business professionals, and leaders, who operate in demanding, high-pressure environments.
Step out of the grind and into a focused reset designed for high performers. Train the skills that will support you in effectively managing your mental, emotional and physical energy. Intensity becomes a problem when we don’t have skills to manage it. By training the mind with evidence-based skills (focused attention, open monitoring, decentering, grounded optimism), you will leave this retreat with a renewed sense of poise, decision-making sharpness and creativity.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel registration for a half-day retreat, you must notify Inner Edge (email erin@inneredgemeditation.com) at least one week before the beginning of the retreat. Refunds are issued for cancellations, up to seven days before a half-day retreat.
Less than seven days before a half-day retreat, we do not offer refunds. However, you can use the registration fee as credit towards a future Inner Edge half-day retreat as long as it is within the year of the start of the original program you registered for.
