Chad McGehee, MS, MA, MAEd, is a meditation and mental performance coach and scientific collaborator working at the intersection of elite performance and meditation. At the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department, Chad became the first ever Director of Meditation Training in major college sports. Chad is an honorary affiliate of the Center for Healthy Minds at UW-Madison, a member of Under Armour's Internal Human Performance Council and co-founder of Inner Edge Meditation. Chad has been meditating for 20+ years in Theravadan, Vipassana, Vajrayana and secular Meditation traditions.

Chad conducts research and training in mental performance and meditation, leveraging cutting-edge neuroscience to refine techniques that enhance cognitive function. His methodology bridges scientific insights with practical application, making mental performance and meditation accessible and transformative for individuals and teams striving for peak performance.

Chad’s work has been featured on ESPN, in the Wall Street Journal, NPR, Business Insider and in peer-reviewed scientific journals. His training has been integrated into a range of environments including K-12 education, FBI SWAT Teams, the elite Hostage Rescue Team in Quantico, VA, Fortune 500 companies and elite athletics.
